Ashley Union Cemetery is jointly administered by the Village of Ashley and Oxford Township. Both the village and township contribute equally to the cemetery operating funds. The Cemetery Board is composed of Village and Township elected officials who are responsible for the operations of the cemetery. The current board members are:

Single Grave Purchase $300.00 $1100.00
Interment (Open/Close) $525.00 $625.00
Inurnment (Cremation Open/Close) $275.00 $425.00
Infant Interment (Open/Close) $250.00 $350.00
Deed Transfer $50.00 $50.00
All burials scheduled on a Federal Holiday, Weekend Day or Week Day after 4:00pm will have an additional fee of $275.00.
Graves Larger than the standard sized grave (3’x8’x4’) will have an additional Fee of $200.00.
**All other unusual burial charges will be determined by the cemetery Board of Trustees.
Foundation Fees
Removal of Old Foundation $TBD (Does not Include Install of New Foundation)
Headstone Foundation $1.75 Per Square Inch/Minimum of $350.00
Veteran Marker as Headstone $1.25 Per Square Inch/Minimum of $275.00
Veteran Marker Flush to the Ground at Foot of Grave $125.00
*Foundations are poured two times a year (May and October).
*Foundation removals are done two times a year (May and October).
